Club Q Update #14 - THROWBACK THURSDAY GIVEAWAY! Back Door Slam Live - Rough Cuts EP!

Hey all, hope this finds you well.

I did some digging in our archives and stumbled on some absolute gems here! I have some high-quality live recordings from Back Door Slam’s tour with Gov’t Mule back in November of 2007. This was with band members Ross Doyle and Adam Jones.

It’s been really fun to go back and listen - that tour was such a turning point for all of us. It was a hell of an education, and following the Mule’s lead, we were inspired to shift our set around night after night, and throw some brand new tunes in there too.

On this EP you’ll hear the single at the time, ‘Come Home’, plus really early work-in-progress versions of ‘Tear Down The Walls’ and ‘Coming Up For Air’. A totally unreleased song called ‘Long Road Home’, and a cool version of ‘What In The World’ too!
