Davy’s Hendrix Experience
As a guest at the Experience Hendrix gig at Doheny Blues Fest at Dana Point California, Davy was invited onstage for the encore to play ‘Red House’ with none other than Billy Cox, who was Hendrix’s bass player in Band of Gypsys (as well as later playing with Charlie Daniels Band, amongst others). Thanks to Bob Merlis for this great pic of the two together.
