Davy to open for “Chickenfoot”!
Davy has been invited to open for super-band ‘Chickenfoot’ on several dates of their upcoming tour. The group, featuring the legendary line up of Joe Satriani, Chad Smith, Michael Anthony and Sammy Hagar, will have Davy support them for three dates in May - San Francisco, Chicago and Hollywood.
As with the Jeff Beck dates last month, the Chickenfoot shows have already been on sale for some time and most of the dates are already sold out, but check their tour page out for more information just in case…! http://www.chickenfoot.us/tour/

Davy on 8/14 you are playing at the Birchmere,i emailed the Birchmere to find out who was going to be the opening act,they said it was up to your management team.What about getting Ryan McGarvey to play the date.He never plays the east coast and this would be a great opportunity to get him here on the east coast.Right now he has no gig on this date.Also Happy Birthday,i hope it was a good one.Can’t wait to see you and the new band on 5/16. So I went to check out the show in Oakland Ca. on April 23rd, thanks to some really good friends of ours, and it was incredible. It was the first time hearing anything from Dave or Back Door Slam, and I got to say, I am hooked. What an awsome guitarist and all around entertainer. I am really hoping to see Dave open for Chickenfoot at the fillmore this month. Thanks again Krissy and Mark for a great expierience
