Davy at Rory Tribute Night
Davy has been invited to join musicians at a tribute night in New York to the memory of his musical hero, Rory Gallagher. He will play alongside musicians who work with artists as diverse and respected as Robert Plant, Buddy Guy and George Thorogood, to remember the Irish singer and guitarist that inspired Davy from the start of his career. Despite having a short life (he died in 1995 at the age of 47, from complications after a liver transplant) he is cited by many in blues/folk rock circles as being one of the truly great and genuinely underrated musicians of all time.
The tribute night, titled “One More Rory”, will take place at Iridium on Broadway on May 23rd. Details about the event here and you can find out more about Rory here

My son and I are looking forward to the Rory Tribute and seeing you there to help honor him ! We know what a HUGE fan you are of Rory and his music , like myself.
